Looking for Full-time Kitchen Cook/Demi Chef/ Chef De Partie
Job Scope:
Assist Sous Chef with daily kitchen operation;
Maintaining of kitchen and work station cleanliness
Preparation of food like portioning, cutting, packing to prepare for operation;
Create innovative dishes for menu;
Managing inventories, ensuring adequate stock level and sizing;
Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins.
Tidy up kitchen after service;
Requirements:
Some knowledge of menu creation & plating;
At least 1 year of experience in the related field;
Work with an assistant/cook;
Experience in Western/ Chinese cuisine preferred.
Some catering knowledge
Performance Bonus;
Yearly Bonus;
Annual leave will be given.
Medical Benefits!
Able to speak English/ Mandarin preferred.
5 days work week
Can start immediatey.
