ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor degree/diploma in Human Resources or other relevant studies
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience from a 4-5 star hotel
• Well-versed in each of human resources disciplines with recruitment and
employee relations a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
• People oriented, outgoing and result driven
