Leading – You will lead our magical themed amusement park, specifically in the Food & Beverage department. You have the right leadership skills for this.

You project your motivation and passion for Food & Beverage onto the employees, so that our visitors can enjoy a magical experience.

People in the right place at the right time? That’s second nature to you! You will actively participate in the personnel planning, and you are also open to open communication with the other departments and our permanent employment agencies.

Active help – 

An Assistant Manager is able to staff every workstation flawlessly, after a thorough internal training you are able to actively help in the catering points.

You will train both our permanent employees and temporary workers at the various work stations, with the necessary patience and respect.

Calculating and daily monitoring of food costs is no problem for you.

Follow-up of the employees will become one of your ultimate challenges, you will follow up motivated and constructively and adjust where necessary. Also monitoring the cleanliness in and around our catering points is top priority!

Education & Experience? – Have you been able to enjoy a higher education that easily fits within the F&B sector and/or do you have demonstrable experience as a manager? Then you are the right candidate!

Born leader? – With patience and respect you will be the managerial link between the Food & Beverage Manager and the employees.

Flexible? – Working on weekends and public holidays is no problem for you, you are also very flexible towards your colleagues.

Language skills? – You speak fluent Dutch with a good knowledge of French, English is certainly a plus.

Communicative? – You are a crack in communication! Communication is the mainstay of our company, you will maintain it by always communicating with respect to every person who comes into contact with our company.
