ASSISTANT FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
We’re currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Assistant Front Office Manager at 1 Hotel South Beach. Our dream candidate intimately understands the dynamics of this role and how it greatly impacts the overall guest experience at our hotels. About you…
Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 2 years experience working in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably within an upper upscale or luxury hotel environment.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of front office operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is able to accommodate a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
BANQUET HOUSEMAN
We’re currently seeking a Banquets Houseman to be a part of that team. You’ll be responsible for impeccable execution of every task you’re assigned, from setup and breakdown of tables to consistently warm and informed guest interactions. And you’ll be expected to go above and beyond, every day. In turn, you’ll find that there is so much room to grow.
Inside Tip: Being multi-lingual is a tremendous plus.
About you…
Passionate about hospitality, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
A high school diploma or GED would be a plus.
Basic knowledgeable of banquet and event operations, a team player, hard worker, and able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
Flexible and willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
BARBACK – BEACH CLUB
Our team is currently seeking a hard-working, attentive Barback for our Beach Club. In this role, you’ll master the ability to provide support for the F&B team, to ultimately execute the perfect experience for our guests dining experience with us.

About you…
Passionate about Food and Beverage and previous similar work experience.
Prior experience working in an upscale, high-volume environment strongly preferred.
Experience working in extreme weather environments with tropical weather conditions is a plus.
A high school diploma or GED would be a plus.
Basic knowledgeable of Food and Beverage operations, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
Have the ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the hotel.
