1. Hotel Manager.
The Hotel Manager should be a hand’s on person and also have good F&B background to deal with ADD, Banqueting and also theme restaurant.
2. Food and Beverage Manager.
3. Head Chef
4. Sous Chef-Western & Asian Cuisine
5. Chinese Chef ( Chinese Restaurant and also Banquet )
6. Sous Chef-Chinese Kitchen
7. CDP-Chinese Dim Sum/Chinese Pastry
