1. Bakery Chef/Chef de Partie/Demi Chef (Pastry & Bakery) – must have knowledge in different Arabic bakery and pastry items, able to make fresh Arabic bread daily.
2. Demi Chef de Partie (Hot Kitchen) – knowledge in different cuisines (Arabic, Continental etc).
3. F&B Coordinator – must have at least 2 years experience in similar position, can handle administrative tasks, preferably has HACCP certification, maximum 30 years old, Female with pleasing personality.
4. Waiter & Waitress – with pleasing personality, preferably with hotel experience and Health Certificate, with good communication skills.
