Steakhouse Restaurant Manager
The ideal candidate will be currently a Steakhouse Restaurant Manager or similar role in quality branded hotels . She/He should have had previous experience in the Middle East , European Nationality that would be an added advantage.

* Has good Steakhouse experience
* Strong hands-on leadership and communication skills.

* Participate in the preparation of the Annual Business Plan to
ensure Food & Beverage operation is adequately represented.
* Role model’s how to collaborate with speed and urgency
* Managing the overall food and beverage functions onboard the vessel.
* Mentoring, developing, and providing on-the- job training to his/her team
* Reviewing financial transactions and monitoring budgets to ensure efficient operation
* Investigating and resolving food and beverage quality and service complaints in a timely fashion.
* Knowledge of restaurant and / or food service industry. Ability to use appropriate food and wine terminology and pronunciation.
* Great Problem solver and quick solution provider.
* Deliver great commercial results and to manage and inspire a great team.
* High level of written and verbal Business English.
* Have a diploma or equivalent in Catering / Hotel Management from an internationally recognised institution.
