Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is 5 star Luxury Hotel with 262 Luxury Rooms & Suites Including 1 Royal Suite, 6 Opera Suites, 21 Prestige Suites, 32 Club Millesime Restaurant & 4 Bars, 1 Grand Ballroom, 2 Meeting Rooms, Beach Club, Kids Club and the first Thalassa Spa in the Gulf Cooperation Council Countries. (GCC)
MISSION
• Be in charge of the F&B and Rooms Lead and support all departments in the achievement of their financial and operational targets via effective organizational development, policy and procedural development, and appropriate activities colleague training.
• Direct operational needs to ensure Rooms, 202 Luxury Rooms, 5 compliance with the hotel’s Annual Budget and Strategic Plan. 
• Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms and Food & Beverage are on time, on-target and accurate.
•Function as a key member of the hotel Executive Committee and leadership team
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
-3 years of 5 star experience as a Division Head, ideally with International Operations experience.
-Background in F&B or Rooms Division is desirable.
-Proven record to coordinate multiple
departments to make gains towards targeted GSI, GOP, EE! results. 
-Clear working knowledge of budget planning and execution.
-Ability to motivate developing leaders to act as entrepreneurs while innovating guest oriented solutions creatively and profitably. 
-University/College degree in a related discipline.
