The CDC is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of a very busy all day Beach club and all day dining reporting to the Executive Chef.

Maldives, Caribbean, Mauritius, Fiji or similar island resort experience with a luxury international hotel brand is essential.

Head Pastry Chef – 5* Ultra Luxury Resort
Location – Caribbean
We are looking for a strong, passionate and experienced pastry Chef.
Create and prepare all pastry items as required by the business.
Plan the menu of desserts and pastry to complement savoury items.
Oversee a team of junior pastry cooks and other staff members as necessary
Someone currently holding a similar job role within a stable career history of working in really good restaurants or luxury hotels
Experienced with new product development or menu development – confident and able to present new ideas to the Exec chef and culinary director.
Passionate about desserts and pastries, up-to-date with current trends and always on the lookout for the next “best thing”
