We’re hiring a Chef de Partie to come and join our fantastic team here at Exclsve Bar & Eatery!
Permanent, Manchester City Centre, Full or Part time
£11 per hour + benefits
Our Bridge Street bar and eatery will serve an eclectic mix of small plates and luscious cocktails from early afternoon through to the evening using local produce, supporting Lancashire and UK businesses as a priority. Our discerning clients will also be able to choose from our continental style breakfast menu from 8am.
· 2 Years’ experience of working in a similar environment/busy kitchen preferred
· Pastry skills advantageous
· Support chefs in all tasks to maintain desired standards of service
· Eager to learn and accept feedback
· Implement and follow strict health and hygiene protocols
· Good time management and organizational skills
· Excellent communications with a positive attitude
· Self–motivated
· Ability to follow recipes to a high standard consistently
· Knowledge of world cuisine and small plates advantageous
