LODGE MANAGER
Dynamic, client focused personality, strong leader with sound understanding of P&L.
Sound knowledge of PMS and POS, Minimum 4 years of experience in luxury lodges
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Formal Qualifications required/Minimum of 2 years experience as FOM/ Excellent Customer Relations.
Fluent in PMS (Opera or IDS), MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Formal finance Qualification/ Minimum of 4 years experience in Hospitality Accounting /In debt
knowledge of PMS, POS, Acc Pack’s / Strict in orting and deadlines
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Formal Qualification / Minimum of 4 years experience as F&B / Detailed knowledge of PMS, menus.
and bev. lists, design and costing / Focused on Superior Guest satisfaction /Department Budgets
EXECUTIVE CHEF
Formal Qualification required / Minimum of 3 years’ experience as 5* Executive Chef / Menu Design and Costing / Hands on Quality Control/ HACCP trained and qualified / Well versed in Materials Control
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER
Formal Qualifications / Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Exec. Housekeeper / Well versed in PMS/ Special attention to the details/ Experience with Laundry / Strong Leader and Team Player
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Formally Qualified / Minimum 3 years experience as 5* Maintenance Manager/ Effective under pressure Building, Equipment, Generators, Vehicles, Solar / Attention to details / Cost Control and reports
SECURITY MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
Minimum 2 years experience in Large Company / Previous hospitality experience is advantage Trained in Fire, Evacuation and First Aid /Computer Literate
All candidates must have hands on five star experience
