We are working with a top operator of 4* and 5* all-inclusive resorts with properties across some of the most magnificent Islands in the World. They have won multiple awards for being the best in the industry and have openings in the pipeline across the Caribbean Islands.
Positions:
– F&B Director – multi-outlet and volume experience (salary depending on experience)
– Assistant F&B Manager – multi-outlet experience needed (up to USD$ 50,000)
– French Restaurant – Manager (USD $36,000)
– Italian Restaurant – Manager (USD $36,000)
The ideal candidates must show/have:
– Previous Island or cruise ship experience
– Stable working history from a top-quality Luxury Resorts Hotel or Cruise ship
– Must have experience working with a mix of local and international brigades
– Be able to inspire the team around them
– Provide the highest service even during busy operations times
– All-inclusive resort experience

Looking for a. AMERICAN RESIDENT candidate who is a dynamic, high energy, passionate & creative Director of Food & Beverage to lead an extensive (8 Plus restaurants operations) $20M + ln food and beverage operations. Similar experience in a high-end Luxury Resort is mandatory. Starting Salary will be $90,000 plus allowances.
