Food & Beverage Manager Sea Cliff Resort and Spa Zanzibar

We are looking for an F&B Manager with 5-10 years of experience in the same position.

He will be responsible for managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines. Develops and implements business plans for food and beverage.

Profile: Male/Female, African experience, young and dynamic, positive attitude and willingness to train, creative, experienced in an all-inclusive beach resort, Fluent English and at least another European language, French, German or Russian preferred. Single ex-pat package preferred.
