Mondo Restaurant Malta is currently recruiting talented individuals for both Front of House and Back of House roles. Whether you have years of experience or are looking to grow in the hospitality industry, we have opportunities for you.
Front of House Positions:
- Assistant Restaurant Manager – Oversee daily operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage staff.
- Floor Supervisor – Coordinate service operations and support the restaurant team.

- Sommelier – Curate the wine selection, recommend pairings, and enhance the dining experience.
Back of House Positions:
- Sushi Chef – Prepare high-quality sushi, sashimi, and rolls while maintaining kitchen standards.

- Chef de Partie – Manage a specific kitchen section and assist in menu preparation.
