Job Responsibilities and Qualifications

Guest Experience Specialist (Front Office)

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently
Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Promote hotel amenities and services

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in hotel front office or guest relations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Proficiency in hotel management software is a plus
