Job Responsibilities and Qualifications
1. HVAC Technician (Engineering Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Conduct preventive maintenance on air conditioning units and refrigeration systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in HVAC systems or mechanical engineering
- Previous experience working in a hotel or commercial building
- Knowledge of energy efficiency and climate control systems
2. Plant Operator (Engineering Department)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate building utility systems
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Conduct regular safety checks and energy efficiency assessments
- Ensure compliance with building and safety codes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certification or diploma in engineering or mechanical operations
