Urgently Looking for a Restaurant Manager, only UAE Based Candidate, those can join Immediately
As a Restaurant Manager, you should have 5 Years of experience from Restaurants/ Hospitality groups, you will oversee all restaurant operations to ensure that restaurants run smoothly. Also train and supervise restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
· Developing and implementing training programmes for new hires and existing personnel
· Hiring and onboarding new staff to help them learn their duties quickly and efficiently
· Ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures at all times
· Overseeing the opening and closing of the premises to ensure smooth transitions between shifts
· Monitoring employee attendance and resolving scheduling conflicts
· Ensuring that food safety standards are followed during preparation, cooking, and storage of food items
· Managing the overall operations of a restaurant location, including supervising employees and ensuring customer satisfaction
· Conducting weekly staff meetings to discuss upcoming events, specials, and other pertinent topics
