to join our F&B Service team

Key Competencies:

Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role in an all day dining restaurant. Assist in driving departmental revenue and profit goals and minimize the wastage.

Ensure that guest service standards are reviewed and discussed to drive continues improvement to maximize guest satisfaction.

Strong knowledge in Wine & beverages.

Broad experience in all-day dining. In-villa dining and operating destination/private dining would be an advantage.

Ability to respond efficiently and concisely to restaurant’s guests complaints.

Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and health and safety guidelines Excellent communication skills and able to speak fluently in English.

Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must. 

Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.

Must be able to do multi-tasks effectively.

Maldives and or remote living experiences highly desirable.

IT ASSISTANT – (CASUAL CONTRACT) to join our IT team

Key Competencies:

• Minimum 01 year experience in a similar position.

• Certificate 3 in IT or Computer Science will be an advantage.

• Ability to work in a team as well as individually. 

• Passion towards guest service.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven.

Key Competencies:

• Minimum 03 years experience in a similar role within a luxury resort, hotel or restaurant. . Strong knowledge of worldly cooking philosophies and principles with a good foundation in global cuisines.

• Our succesful candidate should have strong operational & interpersonal skills, passionate about training.

• Skilled in monitoring and controlling food casts by creative menu planning and keeping waste to a minimum.
