Food and Beverage Manager – The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at The Fern Brentwood Resort, Mussoorie. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all F&B operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets
Manage and train F&B staff to provide excellent service
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Monitor inventory and manage budgets effectively
Create and implement strategies to enhance guest experience

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role in luxury hotels
Strong leadership and communication skills
Expertise in menu planning, cost control, and guest service
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
