*Requirement:*
– At least three years track record at a comparative management level with demonstrable and evidenced success. Ideally high-end corporate, hotel and resorts.
– Strong commercial skills, time – management and prioritization skills, ability to identify opportunities to drive revenues.
– Excellent people management skills
– Professionalism and the ability to communicate at all levels of the business
– Hands-on operator with the ability to lead by example through operational excellence
