Assistant Kitchen and Laundry Technician – Sharjah National Hotels

Position Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Kitchen and Laundry Technician to join our maintenance team. The role will involve providing technical support and maintenance for kitchen and laundry equipment within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose complex issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies for kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Support other maintenance team members in HVAC and general maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Certified Technician or Electrician with HVAC training is preferred.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide technical support and maintenance for kitchen and laundry equipment.
  • Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair is an advantage.
