Cashier: Here’s your opportunity to join one of the most exciting projects in the region – Sindalaha Neom, managed by 7 Management. We’re looking for dedicated individuals to fill the role of Cashier and be a part of our dynamic team.

Cashier Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Process Transactions: Efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions for guest purchases, ensuring that all transactions are recorded correctly.
  2. Provide Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer questions about products or services, and provide assistance as needed to enhance the customer experience.
  3. Maintain Cash Register: Operate electronic cash registers and POS systems to process transactions, calculate totals, and generate receipts for customers, ensuring that the cash register is balanced at the end of each shift.
  4. Handle Returns and Exchanges: Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to established policies and procedures, resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Monitor Inventory Levels: Keep track of inventory levels for products sold at the cashier station, alerting management when stock is running low and assisting with restocking shelves or displays as needed.
  6. Ensure Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station, including the cash register area, ensuring that it is free of clutter and spills to create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
  7. Follow Security Procedures: Adhere to security procedures and protocols to prevent theft or fraud, including verifying the authenticity of bills and monitoring for suspicious behavior or activity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately handle cash and perform basic calculations.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
