Chief Engineer – Golden Tulip Jalandhar

We’re Hiring: Chief Engineer – Golden Tulip Jalandhar ! Golden Tulip Jalandhar is inviting applications for the position of Chief Engineer to lead the Engineering & Maintenance operations at our premium hospitality property.
📍 Location: Golden Tulip, Jalandhar
📚 Qualification: B. Tech or Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / HVAC Engineering
🕒 Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in engineering operations, preferably in the hospitality industry

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Engineering & Maintenance team, ensuring smooth daily operations across the property.
Oversee and maintain VRV/VRF systems (preferably Daikin / Mitsubishi ).
Manage STP operations including compliance, water quality monitoring, and AMC coordination.
Plan and implement preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and kitchen equipment.
Ensure energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and statutory compliance (PPCB, fire, etc.).
Vendor management, AMC contracts, spare stock control, and engineering audits.

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Strong background in technical systems & utilities management.
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, STP, BMS, electrical panels, and hotel engineering standards.
Excellent leadership, documentation, and crisis-handling skills.
Previous experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel is preferred.
