Commi-1/2 (Indian) – Le Roi Group, Udaipur
Le Roi Group in Udaipur is seeking a dedicated Commi-1/2 for our Indian cuisine section within the Food & Beverage Production department. This role supports our culinary team in preparing authentic and high-quality Indian dishes, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of Indian dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe standards, maintaining consistency in taste and appearance.
- Support daily kitchen operations, including food prep, plating, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Manage and organize assigned kitchen stations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Follow safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures to meet health standards.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure kitchen stock is properly stored and utilized.
- Work collaboratively with team members, contributing to a positive kitchen environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant experience in Indian cuisine.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Commi in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and a willingness to learn and grow.
