1. Sous Chef

Job Description:

The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee kitchen staff and daily food preparation.
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and recipe development.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

2. De Partie Chef (Chef de Partie)

Job Description:

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for a specific section in the kitchen, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality food production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes as per recipes and standards.
  • Manage and supervise a designated kitchen station.
  • Ensure food is prepared on time and meets quality standards.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
  • Culinary background with knowledge of kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

3. Commis Chef

Job Description:

The Commis Chef will assist in basic food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior chefs with food preparation and cooking.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Follow recipes and kitchen safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Commis Chef is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen operations.

4. Butcher

Job Description:

The Butcher will be responsible for meat cutting, portioning, and ensuring high-quality meat products for the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cut, trim, and prepare meat for cooking.
  • Maintain meat inventory and proper storage.
  • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Butcher in a hotel or restaurant.
  • Knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
  • Attention to detail and food safety compliance.

5. Waiter

Job Description:

The Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders, and ensuring a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently.
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining areas.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Waiter in a restaurant or hotel.
