Executive Housekeeper – Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina

We are hiring an Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness and comfort across guest rooms and public areas. The role requires strong leadership and luxury hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily housekeeping operations and staff scheduling.

  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Control budgets, inventory, and linen management.

  • Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff.

  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.

  • Minimum 5 years of housekeeping leadership in a 4–5 star hotel.

  • Strong organizational and team management skills.

  • Knowledge of cleaning products and laundry systems.
