Gevora Hotel Dubai is seeking a friendly and professional Food and Beverage Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Position: Food and Beverage Hostess
Location: Gevora Hotel, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant or food and beverage outlet with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus, ensuring they are comfortable.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating plan to ensure efficient service flow.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the reception and dining area.
• Answer phone calls and handle guest inquiries about reservations, menus, and events.
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations and that guest needs are met promptly.
• Provide information about the restaurant’s offerings and assist guests with any special requests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with grace and composure.
