Food and Beverage Manager – Gevora Hotel Dubai
Gevora Hotel Dubai is seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests while maintaining efficient and profitable operations.
Position: Food and Beverage Manager
Location: Gevora Hotel, Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the food and beverage department, including restaurants, bars, and in-room dining services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall service standards.
- Oversee menu development in collaboration with the culinary team, ensuring offerings meet guest preferences and hotel standards.
- Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and control inventory, food and beverage costs, and maintain stock levels to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions.
- Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, promotions, and maintaining high service standards.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve financial targets.
- A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
