Job Overview: As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering warm welcomes and seamless service experiences. In this front-facing role, you will play a vital part in shaping guest impressions and ensuring every arrival, stay, and departure is handled with professionalism and personal care. Russian fluency is essential to communicate with our international clientele and deliver a personalized experience.

Reports To: Front Office Supervisor / Manager
Guest Service Agent Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with care and attention
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, concierge, engineering) to fulfill guest needs
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using the property management system
Communicate in fluent Russian and English with guests and team members
Guest Service Agent Requirements:
Fluent in Russian (spoken and written)
Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or Guest Services (hotel industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in PMS software (Opera or similar) preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
