Job Overview:

Bay La Sun Hotel is hiring a Kitchen & Laundry Equipment Supervisor Technician to maintain and repair commercial kitchen and laundry equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen & laundry equipment.

• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and reduce downtime.

• Maintain records of repairs and spare parts inventory.

• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with hotel equipment.

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

• Ability to work independently under pressure.
