Learning & Development Coordinator – Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina

We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and guest service standards. The ideal candidate will support professional development initiatives and foster a culture of learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning solutions.

  • Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

  • Deliver soft skills and technical training programs.

  • Track training effectiveness and prepare monthly reports.

  • Support succession planning and talent development projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Hospitality Management.

  • Minimum 2 years of training experience in a hotel or resort.

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms is a plus.
