Learning & Development Coordinator – Bay La Sun Hotel & Marina
We are seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee performance and guest service standards. The ideal candidate will support professional development initiatives and foster a culture of learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis and recommend learning solutions.
Organize onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.
Deliver soft skills and technical training programs.
Track training effectiveness and prepare monthly reports.
Support succession planning and talent development projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or Hospitality Management.
Minimum 2 years of training experience in a hotel or resort.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of e-learning platforms is a plus.
