Sales Executive – ME by Meliá Dubai

Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at ME by Meliá Dubai. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue through proactive sales efforts and building relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

  • Background in luxury hospitality or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, or Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless event execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the luxury hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
