Store Keeper – Gevora Hotel Dubai

Gevora Hotel Dubai is looking for a reliable and organized Store Keeper to manage and maintain inventory in our hotel’s storerooms. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our departments by managing the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of supplies.

Position: Store Keeper
Location: Gevora Hotel, Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Organize and store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining inventory records.
  • Monitor stock levels regularly, conduct physical inventory counts, and report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Issue supplies to departments as per requisitions, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Ensure the storeroom is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions in the inventory management system.
  • Work closely with the purchasing department to ensure timely reordering of low-stock items.
  • Follow proper procedures for the disposal of expired or damaged items.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in the hospitality industry or a similar role.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
