Telephone Operator: Mileo, The Palm Dubai – a premier destination of elegance and refined hospitality – is seeking a professional and service-driven Arabic-speaking Telephone Operator to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients over the phone. As the voice of the hotel, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience through exceptional communication and service delivery.


Telephone Operator Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Provide accurate hotel information, handle guest inquiries, and manage wake-up call requests.

  • Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.

  • Log and report maintenance requests and emergency situations appropriately.

  • Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.


Telephone Operator Requirements:

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

  • Prior experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality contact center preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with telephone systems and hotel management software (Opera knowledge is a plus).

  • Calm, composed, and well-groomed with a pleasant telephone etiquette.

  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
