Telephone Operator: Mileo, The Palm Dubai – a premier destination of elegance and refined hospitality – is seeking a professional and service-driven Arabic-speaking Telephone Operator to be the first point of contact for our guests and clients over the phone. As the voice of the hotel, you will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience through exceptional communication and service delivery.
Telephone Operator Responsibilities:
Answer and route all incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate hotel information, handle guest inquiries, and manage wake-up call requests.
Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
Log and report maintenance requests and emergency situations appropriately.
Uphold the brand’s service standards and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.
Telephone Operator Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
Prior experience in a luxury hotel or hospitality contact center preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with telephone systems and hotel management software (Opera knowledge is a plus).
Calm, composed, and well-groomed with a pleasant telephone etiquette.
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
