Open Position: Human Resource Executive
Locations:

- Mundra
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Handle HR operations including payroll, compliance, and employee records.
- Support training, development, and performance management programs.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a positive work culture.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory labor laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliances, and payroll.
- Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
