MAIZ, a one-of-a-kind fine dining concept that serves authentic Saudi food in a culturally themed Saudi Arabian environment, will debut at the Bujairi Terrace, a new fine-dining destination.
MAIZ will serve authentic Saudi cuisine to locals and tourists in an idyllic setting far from the hustle and bustle of city life. MAIZ will bring the best cuisines from 13 regions that make up the modern Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. MAIZ will be the first real Saudi restaurant in the globe, showcasing the country’s history, heritage, and food.
The restaurant’s menu will stand alone as an artistic endeavour. The menu features authentic Saudi cuisine from 13 different Saudi locations, all of which are prepared with a modern flair and are a feast for the senses. The majority of the dishes will be a depiction of Saudi Arabia’s numerous areas, with a modern appearance and feel and components derived from Saudi culture and heritage.
