Guest Relations Manager
Provides leadership and will be responsible for the daily operations of the guest services, butler service, and concierge ensuring the highest standards of service and luxury experience upon arrival and departure, proactive lobby management, and a consistent passionate service experience for all guests.
Front Office Receptionists
Responsible for the Front Office reception operations including but not limited to check-in and check-out, guest communication, liaising guest requests, and queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery.
Central Communication Agent
Serve as the main point of contact for all guest requests including answering calls, coordinating requests, following up, and ensuring total guest satisfaction. Will be handling guest requests concerning Reservations, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage and serve as an ambassador by promoting the hotel’s outlets and services.
