Chef De Cuisine
Job Requirements:
To be actively involved in the day-to-day operation and lead from the front.
Ability to track expenses and manage a budget.
To be able to cook and there with being able to train the kitchen team. Ability to lead and inspire a team.
Manage the daily operations of the Kitchen and Stewarding.
Responsible for enhancing the food product that is presented to guests. Make changes that respond to the marketplace and to guests’ needs, both present and anticipated. Recommend changes to the food product. Use market research to develop new products.
Responsible for maintaining the quality of food products and ensuring consistency in food delivery and standards.
Control the elements that determine profit and loss. Responsible for all major operating expenses. Set margins and manage the business against projections. Make decisions that relate to profit and loss. Responsible for the financial management of the operation.
Give direction and be responsible for the implementation of plans. Monitor effectiveness and introduce changes in response to the marketplace. Set targets, plan and schedule work and performance indicators that are typically productivity and efficiency measures.
To respect and understand the multinational cuisines, being part of the overall offerings of the hotel as per management decision.
The Candidate should be/have:
. Must have a Diploma from Culinary School and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Resort Management.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
2-3 years of CDC experience in a 5* resort is a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong passion for the art of food design.
Ability to analyze, forecast data, and make judgments to ensure proper payroll and production control.
Operating department equipment.

IT Executive
Job Requirements:
Ensure business-critical systems such as PMS, POS, and Finance systems are available twenty-four (24) hours per day.
Ensure effective support for other systems, including back-office, Sales and Catering, and Human Resources applications.
In conjunction with the above tasks, act as the hotel liaison with both hardware and software suppliers, including coordination of maintenance agreements between the hotel and suppliers.
Establish and maintain user procedures and hardware familiarization for all systems.
Establish and maintain system security procedures consistent with control requirements and corporate policy.
Maintain accurate records of system files, software and hardware problems, and service requirements.
Establish and maintain backup procedures for all systems to ensure protection from loss of data and ensure backups are carried out in accordance with corporate and hotel policies.
The Candidate should be/have:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and ideally should have IT Certification in Cisco, Microsoft, and VMware.
Must have knowledge of cabling, computer networking equipment, and operating systems, and telephony.
Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications is desirable.
Must have the strong interpersonal skill and be able to relate to all
levels of management.
Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge. Must have strong project planning skills
Must have experience in negotiating and executing computer data communication contracts.

Guest Service Agent/Receptionist
Job Requirements:
To be an ambassador of Front Office inside and outside of the workplace.
To provide personalized experience to all our guests, fully aware and following the resort standards and procedures.
To ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay / visit being offered the finest personal service.
. To personally greet and escort the guests rather than pointing out directions.
To ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected.
Personally, ensuring uncompromising levels of cleanliness and maintenance of the workplace.
To properly use the supplies, equipment and to request/raise for requisitions as per business need.
To manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest’s satisfaction and recording it.
To ensure that all assigned and blocked villas requiring special set-ups are accurately displayed in the PMS and available to the Housekeeping and other departments in due time.
Maintenance Manager
Job Requirements:
Responsible for the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans. Monitor budget and control expenses with a focus on energy management, preventive maintenance, and capital planning.
Lead resort renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
Ensure the effective financial management of the engineering department by setting maintenance budgets, capital works programs and engineering plans and ensuring that performance against these are regularly monitored and reviewed. Responsible for the general cost control aspects of maintenance, the preparation of departmental cost budgets and their implementation and submission to management.
Ensure the cost effectiveness and technical efficiency of all services performed by outside contracts. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with contract, lease, services agreements and warranties.
Manage day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve team member performance.
Ensure staff awareness of energy management within the property by conducting regular education and training programs on energy conservation and matters related to efficient operation of equipment in a cost-effective fashion.
Food & Beverages Supervisor
Job Requirements:
Working on the Annual Operating budget for the F&B outlet with Resort Manager.
Monitors all costs in the outlets and recommends measures to control these.
. Assist in ensuring that all company and resort policies and procedures and minimum standards are implemented.
. Assist in monitoring and animalizing the activities and trends of competitive restaurants and bar.
Assists in bringing all F&B teams up to date with market needs and trends and ensure that their products meet these requirements.
Coordinates and implements all promotional activities for the outlet through the resort. Analyzing the P&L report for the outlets.
Regularly solicits feedback from supervisor on the performance of individual staff or personally observes staff performance.
Provides supervisor with feedback on performance in a constructive manner.
