Executive Chef – Le Roi Group, Udaipur
Le Roi Group in Udaipur is looking for a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. This role is crucial for setting the highest standards in food quality, creativity, and kitchen management within our Food & Beverage Production department.
Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring dishes meet quality and taste standards.
- Develop innovative menus and seasonal specialties, balancing creativity with customer preferences and culinary trends.
- Manage food costing and inventory to control expenses and maintain profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor kitchen performance and implement operational improvements to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with F&B and service teams to deliver a cohesive dining experience.
- Lead by example, maintaining a positive, productive, and disciplined kitchen atmosphere.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputed hotel or restaurant.
- Strong leadership, creativity, and menu development skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food cost control and kitchen management.
- Proficiency in food safety and sanitation protocols.
