Pastry Chef – Century Hotel Doha
Job Description:
- Plan, develop, and create a wide variety of pastries, desserts, cakes, and baked goods with creativity and precision
- Ensure the highest quality of ingredients and presentation standards are maintained
- Manage pastry kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design seasonal menus and special dessert offerings
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train and mentor junior pastry staff to maintain consistency and quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in the hotel or restaurant industry
- Expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
- Strong knowledge of modern pastry techniques, flavor combinations, and food presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be locally available in Qatar
