Experience Required:
Minimum 12+ years in managing KST Operations in hospitality, hotels, or a related industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage KST Operations efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Lead and train KST teams to maintain high operational efficiency.
- Monitor and improve customer service standards.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and operational logistics.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle escalations and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in KST Operations.
