Job Responsibilities
Waiter
- Greet and assist guests professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, including Georgian cuisine and beverage pairings
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring proper presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Runner
- Assist waiters in delivering food and beverages promptly
- Ensure tables are set up correctly before service
- Support kitchen and service staff in maintaining a seamless dining experience
- Help with cleaning, resetting tables, and ensuring the restaurant remains tidy
- Work closely with the team to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
Who Should Apply?

- At least two years of experience in a fine-dining or high-end restaurant
- Proficiency in the Russian language (mandatory)
