Job Description: Diyar Al Madina Co. is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead the front office operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the reception, guest services, and reservations while maintaining high service standards.

Front Office Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Oversee room reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor front office operations to maintain high service standards.
  • Train, motivate, and develop the front office team to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and financial reporting for the front office department.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in front office management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
