Position Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Aura Manager to join our team at ME by Meliá Dubai. The Assistant Aura Manager will play a key role in delivering luxury experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

  • Background in luxury hospitality or similar industry.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Arabic, Russian, or Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing guest services and interactions to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the Aura Manager to develop and implement guest engagement strategies.
  • Provide personalized services and attend to guest requests and inquiries.
  • Ensure smooth operation of guest services and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the hotel’s brand standards.
