F&B Coordinator – Gevora Hotel Dubai

F&B Coordinator: Gevora Hotel Dubai is a prestigious hotel known for its luxury accommodations and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented F&B Coordinator to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.

F&B Coordinator Job Description:


  • Assist the F&B Manager in coordinating daily operations of the Food & Beverage department.
  • Schedule and organize F&B meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain and update F&B records, including inventories, purchase orders, and staff schedules.
  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations for the F&B outlets, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
  • Support the F&B team in planning and executing events, banquets, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for F&B supplies and manage delivery schedules.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all F&B areas.
  • Prepare reports on F&B operations, including sales, expenses, and inventory levels.
  • Assist in training and onboarding new F&B staff members.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining filing systems, and managing correspondence.


  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Immediate availability to join.
