Head Chef – BABA ROMA Dubai

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and kitchen management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation.
  • Develop creative and innovative menus that showcase new flavors and techniques.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with regulations.
  • Plan and supervise all kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Collaborate with management to achieve financial targets and control food costs.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and control of kitchen supplies.
  • Handle menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen budgeting.


  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a reputable similar concept.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Creative flair and passion for experimenting with new flavors and culinary techniques.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Pre-opening experience is preferred but not mandatory.
