Sales Coordinator Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily operations, including coordinating and managing schedules, client communications, and database management.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update client records in the Opera system.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales events, meetings, and presentations.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and follow up on all sales leads and opportunities.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment is essential.
  • Proficiency with the Opera Property Management System.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
