The preferred candidate must be in UAE with HOSPITALITY experience only.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
· Prepare the Daily Report and circulate it to the Departments concerned.
· Verify for adherence to standard revenue procedures in accordance with the Internal Policy Manual and report on deviations to Management.
· Check the balancing procedures of the night Audit daily.
· Check and verify all the Front Office records such as Paid Outs, allowance vouchers, Miscellaneous charges, etc · Carry out surprise cash counts of all floats periodically.
· Audit folios to ensure room rates are in agreement with the contracts offered.
· Ensure folio sequence control is maintained and monitored on a daily basis.
· Check General Cashiers daily report, Banking Slips.
· Ensure maintenance of all records such as ‘Z’ reading log, key control log, etc., in the Front Office and Outlets.
· Supervise and train Front Office Cashiers and Outlet Cashiers.
QUALIFICATIONS
· With a minimum of 2+ experience in a hotel.
· Education – Must have a diploma or degree in accounting or finance.

General Cashier / Paymaster.
The preferred candidate must be in UAE with HOSPITALITY experience only.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
· Collects and deposits daily cash envelopes from Front Office from a drop box with a witness.
· Prepares general cashier’s summary on the PC and informs Income Auditor to update it.
· Makes payments of all petty cash reimbursements and salary advances with the approval of the Department head and Cluster Finance & Business Support Director.
· Submits all general cashier’s claims to the payable section for refund.
· Makes sure the house bank is counted and the sheets to be submitted to Asst. Finance & Business Support Manager on a daily basis.
· Assists payable section in sorting out various payments to the suppliers.
· Verifies monthly attendance records received from various departments (through civil soft package) for processing salaries through the payroll system.
· Posts all deductions/additions to the payroll system.
· Ensures all the necessary approvals for attendance, overtime & financial transactions are being done in the system.
· Processes the payroll through civil soft as per the steps indicated in civil soft’s manual and the payroll should be ready by the 25th of every month.
· Prints bank lists, and letters and submits them for the necessary approval of the management.
· Prepares vacation payments & final payments on receipt of approved electronic transactions through the payroll system.
· Makes sure the backup of the monthly payroll is taken on the hard disk and keeps all the copies of the report in the file.
· Makes payments of all petty cash reimbursements and salary advances with the approval of the Department head and Cluster Finance & Business Support Director.

· Prepares all the payroll-related JV’s and submits them to the Financial Accountant for Opera G/L posting
· Reconciliation of accounts.
· Follow all company policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
· You should have a degree in Accounting and at least two years previous experience within a hotel.
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM, Civil Soft and Sun system is an asset.
· Education – Minimum High School Diploma. University / College Degree is an asset
· Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately
