Restaurant Manager – Casual Dine Experience
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall Operations, Financial Performance, Reporting, Quality, Hygiene & Safety, compliance with local municipalities’ laws, and Customer Service of the Casual restaurants in your area.
KPIs include Food Cost, Staff Retention, Labor Cost, Quality Audit results, increasing footfall, and cultivating customer loyalty.
You will be expected to work without daily supervision, understand and interpret P&Ls, be a team builder, and roll up your sleeves to show your teams how it is done.
This is a hands-on role and requires leading from the front.
This role reports to the Brand Manager in charge
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working in Kuwait
Strong Casual Dine background with demonstrated operational skills.
Demonstrated success in the leading restaurant(s) from the front
Experience in operations that include high volume home delivery along with dine-in and takeaway business is a must.
Arabic is a plus but not mandatory
