Sales Executive

Job Requirement:
- Achieve monthly individual revenue targets assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Maintain & develop the business of hotel rooms, Food & Beverage, banqueting, and conference business.
- Conduct in-house show around & entertain the potential accounts.
- Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, and other sales-related meetings as required.
- Attend trade shows, community events, and industry meetings.
- Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition, and customers.
- Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections, and written communication.
The candidate should be/have:
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
- Experience in a sales role with a proven track record to close a sale.
- Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
- Ability to work under pressure and under my own initiative.
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Excellent customer relations, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Sales.
- Proven ability to create new business opportunities.
- Represent the hotels in various trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the assigned markets.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
